Our craft beers are brewed with organic cereals grown in the mountains and plenty of spring water.
They are craft beers, raw and made using the classic method. We do not use any artificial gases or CO2 in our brewing processes. Fermentation takes place naturally using selected strains of brewer's yeast, and after bottling, the beers are allowed to rest for at least 60 days before being sold, thus guaranteeing proper maturation. Without the use of preservatives.
Red beer
- craft beer: brewed with care and in small quantities
- raw: it is not pasteurised and therefore remains a 'live' drink
- naturally brewed: no gas or CO2 is used during processing. Fermentation takes place on selected yeast strains and after bottling maturation takes at least 60 days, structuring the typical aromas, flavours and full-bodied foam.

- Made with spring water, barley malts, selected yeasts and added mountain grape must
Blue beer
- craft beer: carefully crafted in small quantities
- raw: it is not pasteurised and therefore remains a 'live' beverage
- naturally brewed: no gas or CO2 is used during processing. Fermentation takes place on selected yeast strains and after bottling maturation takes place in at least 60 days, thus structuring the typical aromas, flavours and full-bodied foam
- Free of preservatives and colouring agents
- Made with spring water, barley malts, selected yeasts
White beer
- a craft beer: carefully brewed in small quantities
- raw: it is not pasteurised and therefore remains a 'live' drink
- naturally brewed: no gas or CO2 is used during processing. Fermentation takes place on selected yeast strains and after bottling maturation takes place over at least 60 days, thus structuring the typical aromas, flavours and full-bodied foam
- Free of preservatives and colouring agents
- Brewed with spring water, barley malts, selected yeasts and the addition of fresh hops post-fermentation which give it fresh and floral notes
Hemp beer
