JUICES, VINEGARS AND SYRUPS
Our juices, vinegars and syrups are made from organic fruit and herbs grown in the mountains.
The juices are processed from fresh raw materials, without the use of concentrates or industrial semi-processes, and are 100% fruit without the use of preservatives or the addition of water.
Our vinegars are derived from our fruit juices, fermented and then placed in barrels made of chestnut, oak and ash wood to bring the pleasant aromas of maturation. Thanks to the absence of pasteurisation and the long resting time in barrels, our vinegars retain their organoleptic properties, but above all, they keep the many healthy bacteria alive, making them healthy for our intestinal microbiome.
The syrups are made from mountain water and organic whole sugar. They are flavoured with wild plants and organic medicinal herbs grown in our own botanical garden. We only use fresh, not dried plants in order to preserve their medicinal properties.
Organic mountain apple juice
Our mountain apple juice is produced with apples of ancient and organic varieties, grown in our lands above 800 m in the Giudicarie Esteriori valley. It is a drink with 100% fruit, without the addition of water, preservatives and/or sugars during the transformation process. A drink rich in vitamins - mainly group B - mineral salts - especially potassium and boron - flavonoids and simple sugars. It is made preservable thanks to delicate pasteurization. It does not contain any food of animal origin or genetically modified. A drink allied to your health, characterized by a fresh and tasty taste. To be drunk both fresh in summer and hot in winter.
Organic mountain apple and wild blueberry juice
Our mountain juice is produced with apples of ancient and organic varieties, grown in our lands above 800 m in the Giudicarie Esteriori valley, with the addition of wild organic blueberries. It is a drink with 100% fruit, without the addition of water, preservatives and/or sugars during the transformation process. A drink rich in vitamins - mainly group B - mineral salts - especially potassium and boron - flavonoids and simple sugars. It is made preservable thanks to delicate pasteurization. Organic elderberry syrup
Our elderberry syrup is made with mountain water, organic whole white sugar and hand-picked fresh elderflowers. After resting in water and sugar with the addition of lemons, it is delicately pasteurized and bottled. It is ideal as an aperitif with the addition of sparkling wine and mint, but also as a non-alcoholic drink with the addition of sparkling water. The possible presence of "yellow" sediment on the bottom is due to the presence of flower pollen and therefore of a 100% natural substance which confirms the use of fresh elderflower.
Organic melissa syrup
Our lemon balm syrup is made with mountain water, organic whole white sugar and fresh lemon balm leaves harvested by hand and grown in our organic mountain botanical soil. After resting in water and sugar, our syrup is delicately pasteurized and bottled. It is ideal as an aperitif with the addition of sparkling wine, but also as a non-alcoholic drink with the addition of sparkling water. Properties: relaxing and digestive.
Dried apples
Our dried apples are made with organic heirloom apples grown in our mountain lands. After careful washing, the apples are sliced and spread out on steel trolleys, to then be dried using a ventilated oven which, at low temperatures, gradually eliminates the water present in the fruit, thus maintaining the aromas and sweetness. typical of the apple. No preservatives or colorings are added.
Dried persimmons
Our dried persimmons are made with organic persimmons grown on our mountain soil. After careful washing, the persimmons are sliced and laid out on steel trolleys, to then be dried using a ventilated oven which, at low temperatures, gradually eliminates the water present in the fruit, thus maintaining the aromas and sweetness typical of persimmons. No preservatives or colorings are added
Dry tomatoes
Our dried tomatoes are made with organic tomatoes grown in our mountain soil. After careful washing, the tomatoes are sliced and laid out on steel trolleys, to then be dried using a ventilated oven which, at low temperatures, gradually eliminates the water present in the fruit, thus maintaining the aromas and sweetness typical of persimmons. No preservatives or colorings are added, but only coarse salt during drying

It is a light condiment, characterized by a delicate acidity and a fresh and full-bodied flavour. It is not filtered or pasteurized, left to rest for several years in wooden barrels with the mother inside.

Our mountain wine vinegar is produced with organically grown grapes. It is produced 100% fruit, without adding water during the transformation process. It is a light condiment, characterized by a delicate acidity and a fresh and full-bodied flavour. It is not filtered or pasteurized, left to rest for several years in wooden barrels with the mother inside.
Organic hemp apple cider
Our Apple Hemp Cider is made with organic apples and hemp seeds grown on our land. The freshly squeezed juice is fermented on selected yeasts with the addition of fresh hemp seeds, which give a pleasant floral note. The cider is then bottled almost at the end of fermentation, to give it a pleasant fresh presence of bubbles. A drink that goes very well with a fresh aperitif with ice or during meals.
