PRESERVES IN OIL
Our preserves are produced from organic vegetables grown in the mountains. They are free of preservatives and colouring agents.
Once harvested, the fresh and selected vegetables are cleaned and cut, then blanched in our apple vinegar, and finally jarred with seed oil and extra virgin olive oil.
Organic farmhouse giardiniera in oil
Our 'giardiniera' is made from organic vegetables from our own land cultivated in the Garda Trentino area: an area of the Trentino region that, thanks to the mild lake currents, allows the cultivation of seasonal and tasty vegetables all year round.
Our conserve is produced by blanching the vegetables in an emulsion of apple vinegar, white wine and water. Allowed to rest and finally, with the addition of flavourings, potted 30% in extra virgin olive oil.
Made preservable through gentle pasteurisation. Excellent as an accompaniment for cold meats and cheeses, but also inside tasty toasts and sandwiches
BIO saurts
Our sauerkraut is made from organic mountain cabbage. After the cabbage has been carefully selected and cut, it is fermented with organic unrefined salt for more than 40 days.
They are then kept in cold storage and potted before sale so as to preserve all the wealth of healthy bacteria, produced by lacto-fermentation, which is invaluable for our intestinal flora. These products are rich in group B vitamins, K and folic acid, vitamin C and B9.
Leeks in organic oil
Our leeks are made from organic vegetables in our own soils in the Garda Trentino area.
They are then left to rest and finally, with the addition of flavourings, in this case fresh coriander, potted in 30% extra virgin olive oil. Preserved thanks to gentle pasteurisation.
Excellent as an accompaniment for cold meats and cheeses, but also inside tasty toasts and sandwiches.
Courgettes in organic oil
Our leeks are made from organic vegetables from our own land in the Garda Trentino area.

Organic tomato puree
Our tomato puree is made from organic mountain tomatoes grown on our own land.
Once selected and cleaned, they are cooked at a temperature below 95° C using the Roboqubo: an innovative steam machine with vacuum cooking, in order to maintain their organoleptic properties and fragrances unaltered. The resulting passata is then blended, potted without the use of preservatives, colouring agents or salt, and gently pasteurised.
Ideal for seasoning pasta, enriching sauces, pizza or simply in bread with a drizzle of evo oil.
